Why you shouldn’t just rely on
word of mouth and referrals
In this video, Derek, CEO of Ignite Growth, explains why you shouldn't just rely on word of mouth and referrals to get new patients into your clinic
Why you shouldn’t just rely on word of mouth and referrals
Word of mouth and referrals are a great source of high-quality new patient enquiries, but you’re missing a trick if this is your only marketing strategy.
Most clinics tend to get their leads through word of mouth and referrals. These leads are likely to convert, which is great. However, if you’re relying solely on these, you’re depending on others to grow your clinic for you.
And while they are high-quality, you can’t really guarantee a steady stream of incoming word of mouth and referrals.
So, if you want to actually scale and grow your clinic, what should you do?
Make sure your marketing strategy includes different methods of getting new patient enquiries. These should include using Facebook and Google ads to reach a wider audience.
At Ignite, we specialise in these types of ads, so get in touch if you’d like a hand and watch the video above for greater insight into why you shouldn’t just rely on word of mouth and referrals.
