Responsibilities

As one of our prized Account Managers and Ignite brand ambassadors, you will be involved with our clients from day one. You’ll be the go-to person in charge of our customers and will: 

  • Understand the client’s journey and make sure they get the best of our services at every stage.
  • Onboard clients and make sure the process is smooth throughout.
  • Be in direct communication with our clients over email and calls.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for our clients.
  • Manage the client’s expectations while providing outstanding service.
  • Provide periodical key reporting to our clients based on KPI analysis.
  • Meet deadlines by working closely with the campaign management team and deliver excellent results.
  • Work closely with the rest of the team and maintain clear communication via Slack.
  • Provide a professional yet friendly service to our clients.
  • Contribute to a great working environment.

Responsibilities:

As one of our prized Paid Social Executive you’ll be the go-to person in charge of our campaigns and will: 
 
  • Run lead generation campaigns on Facebook.
  • Optimise campaigns on a daily basis.
  • Create ads content, landing pages, use Typeform, Manychat, Unbounce.
  • Keep track of campaign performance, reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI.
  • Use a process of testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations
  • Use a data driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.
  • Help support weekly and monthly reporting of channel metrics, goals, and other KPI’s.
  • Communicate weekly updates, progress reports, timelines, and results.
  • You will work closely with an account manager who will be in direct contact with the client.

Qualifications
You have:
 
  • A Passion for Marketing. You stay up to date on the industry, platforms and changes as they roll out
  • At least 2+ years experience running Facebook ads.
  • You think creatively, pay attention to details, identify and resolve problems.
  • Desire to learn and grow.
  • Bonus points if you are good at copywriting, design or have a good understanding of funnels.

About us and the role:

 

Ignite Growth is a marketing agency that specialises in attracting high-value patients for healthcare and cosmetic treatments, through paid advertising across Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Currently extending into other services. 

 

We are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our internal Marketing team.

As the Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a variety of tasks that enable the successful implementation of our marketing strategy.

 

You will report to the Marketing Manager and work collaboratively with the wider team. 

The role will consist of working on the implementation of the agreed marketing strategy that will drive awareness and growth of the agency and the services that we offer to healthcare businesses. You will at times assist the account managers and campaign managers with ad copywriting, marketing strategies, and analysing campaigns for their client base. You will not be running campaigns for our clients.

 

What You Will Be Doing:

 

  • Work under the direction of the marketing manager to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives
  • Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information that helps in further developing our marketing plans
  • Help the team with the marketing plans and produce statistics and analysis of campaigns. Be able to report on the effectiveness of campaigns and how successful these are in producing leads that convert to sales.
  • Keyword research in order to come up with new content ideas.
  • Support the team in delivering an integrated marketing mix, including both online and offline channels e.g., website pages, landing pages, creating social media posts, writing and sending email campaigns, as well as direct mail. You need to be confident in building the collateral mentioned above.
  • Keep up to date with current marketing tools and market knowledge.
  • Set up GTM tags, and other tracking tools
  • Run Facebook, LinkedIn, PPC campaigns (ideally you will have some experience with these platforms - support will be given with the view of you taking over the internal agency campaigns)

 

Key Skills Required:

 

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant with at least 2 years' experience in digital marketing. You will need the following skills, experience, and attributes to be successful in this role:

 

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing with a good understanding of SEO
  • Creativity and innovation in your daily work and in the work that you deliver.
  • Good knowledge of best practices in marketing & a good understanding of good practices in copywriting. You might need to produce content at times as well as evaluate the effectiveness of the copy (for example) you are using to build a landing page.
  • Someone who can work independently, with strategic guidance and direction
  • Someone who is constantly looking to build your knowledge and improve your skills
  • Organised, structured, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
  • Resourceful and great at researching blind spots in your knowledge and getting up to speed quickly
  • Have a knack for more techie tasks like setting up GTM tags and other tracking
  • Experience in managing social media accounts
  • Great at repurposing existing content into evergreen microcontent
  • Experience in working with a CRM, ideally Hubspot
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in analysing data and a good knowledge of market research techniques
  • Comfortable building pages in WordPress 
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics 

Nice To Have:

 

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing in high-growth companies. Experience in healthcare companies is desirable but not necessary. 
  • Solid grasp of SEO.
  • Good knowledge of Social Media (organic and paid)
  • Basic knowledge of Hubspot however not necessary as can be taught on the job.
