Job Title: Videographer and Editor
Work Location: UK-based for travel and work from home
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

About us and the role:

Having completed a series of “pilot” video shoots with freelancers, we’re now looking for a full-time, in-house videographer & editor to join our growing team.

You’ll be working closely with our account management, campaign management, marketing and customer success teams to capture and deliver jaw-dropping content to our clients.

You will also be working closely with our CEO & founder to help develop the Ignite brand.

Because we specialise in paid ads, we love data but tend to lack a little on the creative side. So - we’re really looking for someone to come in and give us that creative edge!

Responsibilities:
    • Visiting clinics across the UK to undertake self-directed shoots independently with clients - occasionally to be supported by team members.
    • Liaising with our campaign management team to define shoot requirements & ensure we capture platform-appropriate, social-first content.
    • Working together with the account management and customer success teams to brief clients ahead of shoots to ensure all requirements are met.
    • Attending trade shows to undertake “street interview” or “documentary” style content with thought leaders and representatives in our industry.
    • Shooting internal content with employees, offsite and on-site, when not actively engaged in client shoots or edits.
    • Editing the shoots and liaising with the customer success team to create client deliverables promptly and on time.
    • Creating additional edits in response to the evolving needs of the campaign management team, who run our paid ad campaigns.
    • Collaborating with our social media manager to create and edit content for our social media channels.
    • Bringing new ideas to evolve and improve our creative strategy internally as well as for clients.
    • Establishing internal processes & systems for end-to-end video capture, editing, storage and repurposing/mining.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:

    • A self starter that is able to work independently, take initiative and bring forward new ideas and solutions.
    • Creative and understands the latest trends & ideas in digital content - and is able to help transpose them onto our business & industry with our input.
    • Highly-organised and structured in how they work, prioritise and manage their time.
    • Collaborative, a good communicator and an all-round team player!
    • Familiar with the nuances of content capture/creation for different platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube etc.
    • Good with people, comfortable working on site with clients, directing shoots and representing the company “out in the field”.
    • Keen to grow, experiment and develop their skill-set as and when the role and department evolves.
    • Experienced shooting a range of different styles including cinematic content, behind the scenes footage, business/clinic walkthroughs, promo videos, documentary style videos, “street interviews”, talking head videos and interviews.
    • Resourceful and able to repurpose existing assets creatively and effectively.
    • Experienced with Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro or similar tools.
    • Comfortable travelling (fully-expensed) so a valid driving licence and valid passport required.

As the first full-time videography hire, your remit will cover the full end-to-end process of video capture and editing within Ignite.

This is a great opportunity for someone to “establish” the department by bringing in knowledge, systems and processes. As we grow, we’ll look to expand the department to help us scale.

Whether that means bringing in more team members or working with selected third parties, we’ll look to you to help us shape the strategy!

As the team is almost entirely remote, the ideal candidate has the majority of their own gear which can be supplemented as required.

Job Title: Account and Partnership Manager - Aesthetics
Work Location: UK-based for travel and work from home
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

About us and the role:

We’re growing particularly quickly in the aesthetics sector and therefore we are looking to hire someone who is dedicated to looking after our aesthetic clients.

In addition to working directly with clinics, you’d also be working closely with the medical device manufacturers that we partner with - making sure that new device owners are getting an ROI on their devices!

You’ll work closely with the rest of our 25-strong team to help our clients get the most out of their campaigns - including with the support of our customer success team.

That could involve onboarding new clients, discussing their campaign, liaising with our videographer, helping them optimise their patient journey or coaching them on how to maximise treatment uptake.

The role would really suit someone who has experience working in the medical aesthetics sector - either at a clinic, a medical device manufacturer, pharma company or aesthetics supplier.

Whilst this is primarily a relationship management-based role, there is scope for soft-selling and up-selling and someone with commercial experience would definitely be welcome.

As we focus on helping our clients grow through digital marketing, marketing knowledge, experience or passion is also a big plus!

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is:

    • A real “people person” and great at building relationships
    • Able to “hold their own” with clients and handle them with confidence and conviction
    • Structured, proactive and organised in how they work
    • A true team player - being collaborative and communicative with the team is key
    • Enjoys helping clients achieve their full potential
    • A self-starter who can work independently with the right coaching
    • Excellent at written and verbal communication
    • Tech-savvy - you won’t be coding, but ideally you have a “knack” for tools
    • Comfortable working fully remotely with occasional in-person team meet-ups
    • Driven by having an impact and getting results for clients
    • Brownie points if you like “consultative” selling and are comfortable recommending new services to clients once you’ve built a relationship
    •

Here’s what you’ll love about Ignite:

    • There’s lots of room for growth and quick career progression
    • We have a great team - everyone’s friendly, supportive and collaborative
    • We’re diverse & international - we’re spread across 6 different countries!
    • We’re remote-first and offer flexible working
    • Start-up style environment with coffees, Friday happy hours and fun & games - cheesy, but fun!
