Description:

We are looking for someone passionate about the Aesthetic and Beauty Industry who is responsible for growing a profitable portfolio of clients within our Partnerships team. Working alongside the Head of Partnerships to take care of our Partnership clients from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

As the Commercial Account Manager, you will be an instrumental part of the partnerships team, helping to support our Head of Partnerships to grow the revenue for this side of the business

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with our Partnership clients (Aesthetic Clinics) through meetings virtual and in person
  • Ability to present confidently to Partnership stakeholders, clients and senior management
  • Identify business opportunities to grow a profitable portfolio of partnership clients, through upsell to Ignite packages
  • Onboard Partnership clients and make sure the process is smooth throughout.
  • Collaborate with internal teams that are integral to the role (CS, CM, Content etc..)
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies
  • Be the ‘Face’ of the partnership, involved with on site content shoots, client interviews both on and off camera
  • Manage the client’s expectations while providing outstanding service
  • Provide key reporting to our clients based on KPI analysis
  • Meet deadlines by working closely with the campaign management team and deliver excellent results
  • Work closely with the rest of the team and maintain clear communication via Slack
  • Provide a professional yet friendly service to our partners and their clients.

Who we're looking for:

  • Experience in the Aesthetic, Beauty and Wellness Sector is a must.
  • Someone with client-facing experience and the right mindset
  • A ‘people person’ who enjoys building relationships.
  • Someone who is genuinely excited to help clients achieve their full potential.
  • A self-starter who can work independently - with the right coaching and guidance of course!
  • A team member – being collaborative and communicative with your team members is part of your essence.
  • An excellent written and verbal communicator who’s not afraid to hop on calls with clients and colleagues.
  • A tech-savvy person - you don’t need to be a coding expert but have a basic understanding of how things work.
  • A logically minded person and a problem solver.
  • Paid social media knowledge is a plus!

We are open to individuals who have held roles within a clinic, such as a treatment coordinator or clinic manager.

 

Salary & benefits

  • Competitive salary of approximately £32k-£35k depending on experience

Ignite Growth is a London-based, remote-first marketing agency that specialises in attracting patients to dental, medical and aesthetic clinics.

Having started and grown as an ad agency, we are currently evolving to become a content-first social media & advertising agency - to support clinics on a deeper level.

We are building out our content & social offerings whilst also going through a rebranding exercise to support our new offering.

To help drive this transition forward, we are looking for a talented and dedicated social media manager & content creator to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for the company’s content calendar and brand from start to finish - across all of our social media channels, including: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google My Business and possibly TikTok in future.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting a content strategy to appeal to our key client avatars including dental clinics, aesthetics clinics, medical & wellness clinics as well as medical device manufacturers.
  • Creating actionable, engaging and insightful content that helps clinics grow and aligns to our key services including: content creation & videography, social media management and paid advertising across Facebook, Instagram and Google.
  • Maintaining a content calendar and executing our content strategy across all of the key social channels, whilst maintaining brand integrity.
  • Attending trade shows to capture BTS footage, “street interview” style footage as well as content of our clients and industry partners.
  • Capturing behind the scenes style-content on clinic videography shoots to show Ignite in the field with clients and capture client feedback & testimonials.
  • Capture team, employee & thought leadership content with team members in the London office, across the UK and abroad.
  • Working closely with the Account Management, Campaign Management and Content & Social teams to capture industry insights, expertise and share actionable, practical tips with our audience.
  • Collaborating with the leadership team including the Founder & CEO and COO to bring the content strategy to life.

What we are looking for:

  • Someone with 3-5+ years of experience in content creation & social media management who is ready to take the next step in their career.
  • A self-starter who can join the company, take charge of our content strategy and bring in their own processes, workflows and tools.
  • You are someone who absolutely lives and breathes mobile-first video content - at a personal level and professional level - and stays on top of the latest trends.
  • Someone who is organised, structured and good at prioritising their time - even on the go or when there are competing priorities.
  • Someone who is happy to go in front of the camera as well as behind it. 
  • You are a people-person who is warm, bubbly, friendly and disarming - and not afraid to strike up conversations in the name of content!
  • You are a team player who is comfortable collaborating closely with colleagues to help get those golden clips or sound bites!
  • Proficient at editing tools like CapCut as well as the native editing tools - experience with Premiere Pro or similar is a bonus.
  • You have a personal interest in healthcare & beauty trends including aesthetic, dental or medical & wellness - or have experience in working in similar settings!
  • Someone who is happy to be on the road, travelling to client locations, visiting team members across the UK and abroad, as well as spending time in the office.
