Clinicians often think millennials aren’t worth their time; however, they could be some of your most valued patients. 

The key is understanding how to approach millennials and why this should be done differently than with other patients.

For example, if your front of house calls your new patient enquiries on the phone, those that are millennials are unlikely to pick up. But if you send a text or a WhatsApp, you’re much more likely to get a response increasing the chance of converting them.

So, adapt your marketing and advertising to your patient, and don’t give up on millennials!
