This was a huge learning curve for Derek, and it became invaluable when setting up Ignite Growth. He realised he had to take matters into his own hands, which has contributed to Ignite’s success as a growth agency.
His advice: If you want to grow your business, you can’t be passive. You need to be active and work on getting those new patient enquiries in.
