How ready are prospective patients that have found your ad to buy?

Once you start getting leads through your Facebook and Instagram Ads, you have to work out how far along they are in the patient journey. 

While it may seem much less beneficial to have leads that are early on in their journey, there are positives to this. 

You can add value to their patient journey. In this way, before the patient has doubts, you can jump in to reassure them. 

If you’re the first clinic your prospective patient has come across, you have a big advantage in that they are more likely to carry out treatment with you. 

So, it’s up to you and your team to discover what stage of the patient journey they are at when they reach out with a new patient enquiry. Once you find this out, you can react accordingly to get them into your clinic.
