Responsibilities

As one of our prized Account Managers and Ignite brand ambassadors, you will be involved with our clients from day one. You’ll be the go-to person in charge of our customers and will: 

  • Understand the client’s journey and make sure they get the best of our services at every stage.
  • Onboard clients and make sure the process is smooth throughout.
  • Be in direct communication with our clients over email and calls.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for our clients.
  • Manage the client’s expectations while providing outstanding service.
  • Provide periodical key reporting to our clients based on KPI analysis.
  • Meet deadlines by working closely with the campaign management team and deliver excellent results.
  • Work closely with the rest of the team and maintain clear communication via Slack.
  • Provide a professional yet friendly service to our clients.
  • Contribute to a great working environment.

Responsibilities:

As one of our prized Paid Social Executive you’ll be the go-to person in charge of our campaigns and will: 
 
  • Run lead generation campaigns on Facebook.
  • Optimise campaigns on a daily basis.
  • Create ads content, landing pages, use Typeform, Manychat, Unbounce.
  • Keep track of campaign performance, reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI.
  • Use a process of testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations
  • Use a data driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.
  • Help support weekly and monthly reporting of channel metrics, goals, and other KPI’s.
  • Communicate weekly updates, progress reports, timelines, and results.
  • You will work closely with an account manager who will be in direct contact with the client.

Qualifications
You have:
 
  • A Passion for Marketing. You stay up to date on the industry, platforms and changes as they roll out
  • At least 2+ years experience running Facebook ads.
  • You think creatively, pay attention to details, identify and resolve problems.
  • Desire to learn and grow.
  • Bonus points if you are good at copywriting, design or have a good understanding of funnels.

About us and the role:

At Ignite Growth, we help ambitious healthcare businesses grow with targeted advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and Google. We’ve helped transform well over 100 healthcare businesses and we’re looking to expand the niches we serve as well as the services we offer.

As a result, we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. You’ll join a fast-growing digital marketing agency and be uniquely positioned to help drive growth through new client acquisition. You’ll also have the opportunity to envision and shape the inception of our new business development department. To date, our growth has relied solely on referrals and word of mouth within the industry. As a Sales Executive and a new client's first point of contact with Ignite, you’ll be entrusted to champion our client first, transparent and honest values.

 

Responsibilities:

Being our primary Sales Executive, you will be responsible for all inbound sales enquiries from initial contact to closing. This role is integral in helping us grow in our existing niches as well as new niches as we expand the agency. As our first hire for this department, you will be our sales team; analysing trends, reporting findings and closing deals should come naturally to you.

 

You will:

  • Field initial calls from potential clients
  • Use Hubspot to effectively track, follow up and move prospective clients through our pipeline
  • Have a thorough understanding of our clients market in order to recognise trends which can be relayed to our Account Management team
  • Have a deep understanding of our client's marketing needs and pain points
  • Plan and organise a personal sales strategy as well as strategically plan daily/weekly/monthly schedule in order to maximise return on time investment and meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Work closely with our Commercial Director and Account Management team to identify opportunities and execute growth plans

Apply if you are:

  • An experienced sales professional, ideally with a background in an agency environment
  • Experienced with how Facebook and Google paid advertising works, you don’t need to build the campaigns 
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working to their own deadlines but also knows when to ask for support
  • Results-driven, have excellent communication skills, keen to progress and grow within our agency
  • A team player, happy to collaborate with the rest of the team and contribute to a great working environment
