How you respond to your leads will determine your ROI
When running an ad campaign, your return on investment (ROI) will be affected by several factors. One key factor is how you and your team respond to new patient enquiries.
From one of your ads, you could receive different types of leads at various stages of the patient journey. Some may have done their research and are ready to commit, while others might still not know much about the treatment you offer.
How you approach each type of lead is vital to either book them in or at the very least, keep them interested. You and your team should understand each of their stories, and the best way to do this is by asking questions:
How motivated are they?
Do they know what the treatment entails?
Why do they want the treatment?
Do they have a special occasion that has influenced their enquiry?
