What should you look out for when trying to find the best marketers to help you grow your business?

Marketers will have a range of skills and knowledge they will use when implementing their marketing strategies. That’s a given. What we have discovered, however, is that you can’t work with any marketer. It all depends on the industry. 

Finding experts who understand your industry is invaluable and will make all the difference. As Derek explains in this video, the use of language is critical, and if the team you hire aren’t up to scratch on their knowledge of your niche, you won’t be getting the best return on your investment. 

For example, asking a marketing company to help you promote your Invisalign treatments when they don’t know what this is can lose you time and money. Whereas if you find experts within your field, you can rest easy knowing that they know how to market your healthcare services. 

You essentially don’t waste time explaining what the treatments are, the type of patients you are looking for, or the terminology that should be used to create ads and copy. Your team of marketers should know this already. 

In turn, they don’t waste time learning about your industry and how to market within it.
