The Challenge

Blossom Dental Care is a mixed practice in York, James Harrison – owner and clinical director has grown the private side of the business over the last 8 years. He also owns another mixed practice in Pontefract.

James had run his own Invisalign open days before, but had found it challenging to attract the right numbers of new patients to really make the open days a success.

What he wanted was more predictability and better results.

As James sees it: “I think every dentist is like, oh, our way is the best. But we had to step back and say – OK, we have to just trust Ignite because we’d seen what people were saying about them and everyone said they were the ones with massive experience and wonderful results.
